Aryavart Chemicals manufactures a full range of products which are Lead based one pack stabilizer systems which are of the Lubricated and Non Lubricated type. Aryavart Chemicals has perfected through continuous R&D, a production system where external as well as internal lubricants are finely balanced in order to achieve optimum results for the processor. Our One packs give the processor tremendous flexibility to adjust the formulation in relation to filler loading and their own specific operating parameters.

Our products can be used in a wide variety of Pipes such as Pressure and Non Pressure Pipes, electrical conduits, sewage and telecom ducts etc.

Products grades such as INSTABEX® C-2, C-81, C-9 are non lubricated powders. Grades such as INSTABEX® P-9001, P-9522 are lubricated powders, however the same will require some additional lubrication support during processing. Grades such as INSTABEX® C-333, C-909, F-9016 and F-9333 are fully lubricated flakes which can be used in a wide variety of processing conditions based on each customers individual requirements.

INDIVIDUAL STABILIZERS The INSTABEX® range of Individual stabilizers such as TBLS, DBLS, LS, CS, DBLPhos and DBLThal are not run of the mill products available in the market but are carefully manufactured under strict process parameters. All INSTABEX® range of individual stabilizers are pulverized using the latest pneumatic separation technology and are available in very narrow particle distribution range. This ensures better dispersion and better results. These products are then used in combinations by the Cable producers who can then formulate based on the requirements of the end cable compound

ONE PACKS FOR CABLES
Aryavart Chemicals has also introduced one-pack stabilizer system for cable compounds. INSTABEX® C-11 and C-12 are finely designed products which are used for both insulation and sheathing purposes. These products have a particle size of 400 mesh, high Lead content and high performance specialty additives which result in better performance even at low concentrations. These products impart good tensile & elongation strength and at the same time, works out to be most economical especially when high filler dosages are required. It gives better electrical properties than the equivalent products available in the market.

Aryavart Chemicals has designed a range of products specifically for the production of profiles like windows and doorframes.

INSTABEX® C-2(D), F-9504 and C-666(WP) are our products in this range which are designed specifically for the production of profiles like windows and doorframes as well as other extruded profiles. These products are designed for filled profiles and contain the latest generation of lubricants to impart smooth finish and to generate better output. These products are also designed to have excellent weathering properties.

SHOE COMPOUNDS INSTABEX® C-325 is a proprietary Barium based one-pack most suitable for shoe compounds, suction hoses, gasket sheets etc. C-325 not only imparts better heat stability but also, if properly formulated along with chelator, gives clarity & shine to the compound.

PVC SHEET COMPOUNDS INSTABEX® C-82 is complex DBLPhos based stabilizer which yields a higher thermal stability than TBLS and a better light stability than light DBLPhos. New technology in the manufacture of INSTABEX® C-82 makes it a more superior stabilizer than the physical mixture of TBLS & DBLPhos

CALENDERED AND COATED PRODUCTS Aryavart Chemicals have developed a full range of Barium-Cadmium formulations suitable for various applications and is marketed under INSTABEX® M series. This series is a specialty Barium-Cadmium system most suitable for processing PVC at critically high temperatures requiring good clarity. The use of additional quantity of chelating agents is not required when this series of stabilizers are being used in proper proportions, thus providing substantial cost savings. These products also promote a high fusion rate that is the most essential requirement for certain compounds. Incorporation of Epoxy and Stearic Acid is recommended to give synergistic effects. They find applications in different areas such as clear or opaque Calendered Products, Garden hoses and crystal clear suction hoses.

Aryavart has also developed a full range of Barium-Cadmium-Zinc complex stabilizer systems under the INSTABEX® Z series. This series of stabilizers impart effective heat stability along with better weather ability. Presence of Zinc in the system imparts resistance to calendar-roll plate-out. These products offer good gloss and initial color. Incorporation of epoxy and Stearic Acid is recommended to give synergistic effects. These products find application in areas such as the Top coat of coated and calendered sheets.

The INSTABEX® K series is employed as a stabilizer cum kicker along with blowing agents like azo-di-carbonamide. Production of satisfactory chemically blown foam depends on the correct selection of polymer, plasticizer, filler and blowing agent. These kickers reduce decomposition temperature of the blowing agent, provide adequate thermal stability and control the evolution of gas. Incorporation of epoxy in the formulation will improve heat stability, aging properties and also assist in better formation.

Most European countries have banned use of Lead & Cadmium in PVC processing and hence all heavy metal based stabilizers have been phased out and have been gradually replaced with a series of heavy metal free stabilizers as an effective alternative. Aryavart Chemicals over the last 7 years has devoted a lot of time, money and effort in developing its own line of Non Toxic Stabilizers based on Mixed metals such as Barium, Calcium, Zinc and Potassium in synergistic effect with other Co Stabilizers and Lubricants for a wide variety of applications. Development efforts in this area are still ongoing and more and more new products for different applications are being introduced every quarter.

The INSTABEX® BZ series are stabilizers based on Barium-Zinc complexes and are the most suitable for topcoats of ALC to be exported to European countries. Perfect balance of Barium & Zinc assures better heat stability but also better weather ability. Barium-Zinc complex ensures sulfide stain resistance. Incorporation of Epoxy oil imparts synergistic action.

The INSTABEX® KC series kickers are an alternative kicker system based on Potassium-Zinc. These systems are free from heavy metals and hence fulfill requirements of export to European countries. These products not only reduce the decomposition temperatures of the blowing agent but also provide adequate thermal stability also.
